1) Our homes are fully furnished and include linens, bedding, towels, utensils and cookware. We provide paper products, garbage bags and soaps. Please bring your own beach towels.

2) Check in time is 3pm, check out time is 11am . Cleaning permitting, you may check in any time you like. We can also make arrangements for late arrivals.

3) Homes have a 2 night minimum on weekends, holidays require 3 nights, weeknights you can book single nights.

4) Courtesy and respect for your neighbors should be observed at all times. Renter agress to not exceed the occupancy limit as furnished.

5) Payment in full is required to secure a reservation. You can pay by check (time permitting) or credit card. To the nightly rate will be added the city room tax of 8%. All renters need a verifiable credit card and agree to pay for any damages or losses incurred by their occupancy (all guests) or their pets.

6) After we have received your full payment we will provide you with the address, phone number, and directions to the home you have rented. You will be greeted at the house and given 2 house keys ($50 if lost.) Leave them at your departure.

7) Cancellation policy: Full refund if outside 30 days, no refund within 30 days of visit. However, we will work with you.

8) Friendly pets allowed on a pet-by-pet basis and a $20 fee. We expect you will clean up after your pet immediately and doggieBags are provided for outdoor use. In the event this is not done you will be charged $50 a PILE :-) Smokers are invited to smoke outside.

9) Guests agree to hold the agent and homeowners free and clear of responsibility for damages to self and or property resulting in/from an accident, injury or loss due to weather, acts of God or any other reason.
